Product quality is solid, no issues there. Only reason for 4 stars is delivery took two days instead of next day. Would still order again, quality makes up for it.

Carrier came and left without knocking
Was home all day waiting for the delivery. No knock, no ring, just a card through the door saying they tried. Had to go to the depot the next morning to collect it. The product itself was perfect when I got it, but the DPD driver did not even attempt the door properly. Not a Quanta issue but worth knowing.

Got a notification saying delivered but nothing was at my door. Tracked it and the driver had left it at a neighbour two doors down without telling me. Spent an hour figuring that out. Royal Mail attempted delivery when I was at work. Left a card but the collection depot was 40 minutes from me. Had to take half a day off to get it. Product was worth it, BPC-157 QR verified perfectly. But would have preferred a longer time window for redelivery booking. Quanta is not at fault but flagging it.
