Dispatch

All Quanta Pharmaceutical orders are dispatched the same day. Orders placed outside of working hours will be dispatched the next working day. Every order is tracked from the moment it leaves our facility.

UK delivery

Quanta Pharma offers next working day delivery to any UK address. Delivery costs depend on your order total and chosen service:

Free UK delivery	Free	Orders over £100. Next working day.

International delivery

Quanta Pharmaceutical ships internationally. International delivery is a flat rate of £50.00 regardless of order size. Delivery times vary by destination. International orders are fully tracked.

It is your responsibility to ensure that products you order can be legally imported into your country. Quanta Pharmaceutical is not responsible for any customs charges, import duties or delays caused by customs processing.

Tracking

Every order is tracked. Once your order is dispatched, you will receive tracking information so you can monitor delivery. If you have not received tracking details within 24 hours of placing your order, contact us at sales@quantapharmaceutical.co.uk

Delivery issues

If your order has not arrived within the expected timeframe, or if there is any issue with your delivery, contact us as soon as possible. We will investigate and resolve the issue promptly.
