Returns Policy
Return eligibility
Quanta Pharmaceutical accepts returns under the following conditions:
- The product must be unopened and in its original sealed packaging
- The product must be undamaged and in the same condition as when it was delivered
- The return request must be made within 7 days of delivery
Products that have been opened, used, tampered with or damaged after delivery are not eligible for return or refund.
How to request a return
To request a return, contact us at sales@quantapharmaceutical.co.uk within 7 days of receiving your order. Include your order number and the reason for the return. Our team will respond with instructions on how to return the product.
Do not return any product without contacting us first. Returns sent without prior authorisation may not be processed.
Return shipping
The cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to an error on our part (for example, if you received the wrong product or a damaged item).
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will process your refund. Refunds are issued to the original payment method used at the time of purchase. Please allow a reasonable timeframe for the refund to appear in your account.
Damaged or incorrect orders
If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong product, contact us immediately at sales@quantapharmaceutical.co.uk. Provide your order number and a photo of the issue. We will resolve the situation as quickly as possible, either by sending a replacement or issuing a full refund.
Non-returnable items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Products that have been opened or used
- Products with broken or tampered seals
- Products returned after the 7 day return window
Cancellations
If you need to cancel an order, contact us as soon as possible. If the order has not yet been dispatched, we will cancel and refund it in full. If the order has already been dispatched, the standard return process applies.
